Why Walk ?

  • When stuck in your head, start moving your body.

  • As a result I offer waling sessions.

  • These sessions can be at a local park or open space area.

  • We also can meet virtually where we both walk and talk via Blue Tooth at our own individual locations.

  • Let me know if you would like to pursue this option.

  • Walking is good for our heart, head and soul.
